Lake Wilson Preserve 4 Stars Hotels

"Dirty sheets , super dirty blankets, dust everywhere, no phone connection in room to connect to front desk, lizards over head boards,clogged toilet, no proper wifi connection,water heater not working, no hot water, we stayed as 4 families 4 different rooms , each room has some issue. Most disgusting hotel ever stayed."

"The property overall was fun for all ages. There were several pools, lazy river and water park. The resort offers a dining hall. My family dined at The Valencia located on the lower level. My husband and I had food poisoning as a result of eating there. When I informed the front desk staff, they did not act as if they were too concerned initially. I had to contact them again to speak to food safety department. A gentleman ended up coming to our room to take notes of what occurred. We lost time during our vacation that we cannot get back due to being bound to the room from sickness. I would say if you go be leary of the onsite restaurants."

"The property has terrible customer service. Made us valet park at another resort as there was no valet or self parking spots left when we arrived at 1 am. Made us walk in the dark with our luggage for a half mile to check in. Did not offer any service recovery at all and had to walk in the dark at 6 am when leaving to get the car. Staff are under trained and apparently not empowered to provide service recovery for mishaps like that. Unbelievably disappointing for a supposed Disney property. "

"Nice rooms and great location. Java, coffee cafe in the Swan, had friendly staff and quick service. We enjoyed staying at this hotel. $40/night for parking was a little too expensive. "

"Stay was fairly nice! Only gripe was the paid parking (didn’t rent a car for this reason), check out time being 10 am and they never pick up ur phone if you want a ride from the huge property in a golf car. So be prepared to walk! Still a very good property "
