"I had to call an after hours phone number to get my access code because they didn’t send the email over I was told to wait for. I was sent to the main lobby of the resort by the guard shack to be told at the lobby that my information was not in there system since Expedia uses a outside rental company to manage this property ( not explained anywhere in my communications thru Expedia). I get that email a week later with a completely different number than what I was given. The unit has old worn out...

"Look , if you like peace and quiet , access to nice things, This is the place to stay ! Short drive to Disney , seaworld , and universal . The place was super clean , the AC was perfect, the washer and dryer a huge plus ! These people really know how to host ! I can’t wait to comeback "

"We were very impressed with the entire place. The townhouse we stayed in was spotless and had everything you would need to feel at home. The clubhouse was great for the kids with a free updated game room and tv room. The waterpark kept the kids busy for hours and the pool and hot tub very very relaxing. The pool bar and restaurant were very reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again."

"Necesita mejoras de alumbrado interior, limpieza de toallas, no TV instalado en la sala, no TV en el cuarto master. Hay unos incectos haciéndolo nido sobre la puerta de entrada y en el balcón (avejas), la papelera del baño del cuarto #2 estaba rota y la repare. Encontramos toallas rusias en el loundry y en la 1ra noche la linea area atraso el vuelo y cuando llegue en pin # de la habitación no se pudo habrir y me fuy a un hotel Quality Inn para volver al otro dia me dieron otro pin para entrar."
