"The home was beautiful, great decor, comfortable and worked great for our family of 5. We were there to go to the theme parks, they were easy to get to from the home. Traffic was a little crazy, but I think we were all going to the same place at the same time! Thank you for letting us stay!"

"Front desk/Danay or Danae is very accommodating. A good face of the company. Knows the needs of a client. We badly needed elevator for our 90 yr old mother. Pictures shown a townhouse with ground level accomodation. But the one we chose upon check out was located at the 2nd floor w/o elevator (not deluxe). Expedia cannot help due to protection coverage. Anyway, she find a way for us to be upgraded. If not for her I regret that I chose spectrum. I highly recommend this beatiful resort. Worth...

"The shuttle service was the best feature! It was nice to be able to order it and get a wait time instead of other hotels where you have to walk to a bus stop and hope it comes shortly/ there’s room. The map doesn’t really show the pool sizes and there’s no real pictures online. I think people would book if there was more photos. Overall the place was clean and staff was friendly. Was our first time and we will def be back next year! "

"It was good but they should not advertise on the listing that there is a yard,garden & plunge pool those 3 things did not exist. Also they always ask to keep the A/C 75 or above & that is not cool enough. We kept waking up because it was too hot to sleep. Also we’ve never been asked to start 2 loads of laundry before leaving. I don’t want to think about doing laundry before leaving the house as it’s stressful enough to make sure you have everything & done everything before leaving the house...
