"Originally booked a queen size room with a request of 2 cribs. Upon checking in, I decided to request a king size bed and I was told by the receptionist that there’s no king size bed available. Then my friend is checking-in after me, and he asked her if she wants a king size bed. My friend and I ended up just switching keycards. Then I made a request to move the cribs to king size room. "Rooms are clean but staffing was not so great. Took a long time to check in to the point about 5 other people were behind me until after about 7 to 10 mins later another staff person showed up to help. Then the next day i went to the front desk for toilet paper and with two people in front of me it took almost 30mins no lie before i was helped. and the check in line behind me was out the door. Other than little to slow staff the hotel is nice, clean and enjoyable i would stay again! "
