The bathroom sink hardly drained (took a long time), restaurant was closed for lunch most days, room was cold (had to keep curtains closed at heat at 78). Im guessing the thermostat also needs to be fixed. Location and shuttle were great!

Rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Only bad thing about the rooms is how hot they were, we had to request a fan from the front desk to cool our room down, even with that it was still very warm. The pool was freezing, our kids lips were purple after 15 minutes of swimming.

Excellent hotel

Loved this hotel, started with the shuttle driver Duane, told me where to meet him at the airport knew my name and went above normal customer service. The check in was quick, room was spotless bed and pillows were so comfortable. Ordered room service and it was a great.
