Superb service

This is my first time in Kuching, Sarawak for the conference. Hotel was awesome, food was fabulous, staffs were super nice. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great Hotel near Kuching Airport

The Imperial Hotel in Kuching was great. It is close to the airport and is attached to a shopping mall. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. We found the place to be clean, comfortable and with many nice amenities. The price was a great deal for what we got.

Very nice hotel in the quaint part of Kuching. situated at the mid point between Kuching airport and the city, about 15 mins each side. Very nice, clean and spacious room. The gym is a plus point if that’s what you look out for on a vacation. Breakfast is meh though.

3 days in the Executive Suite on the top floor ! Happy with the spacious room and bathrooms… All fine ! Staff were very polite and helpful… Excellent team ! Breakfast wasn’t great… suggest you go out and explore the lovely food in Kuching ! Hence, we didn’t get a chance to visit the Executive Lounge ! Will certainly book the same room on our next visit !

The mall attached isn’t the best one in the area but if you want to do sown shopping or kill time, it’s connected to the hotel. The prices are good! They have a train ride kids can do but no playground. The hotel was great. I wish it had a thicker blanket BUT that’s probably not something I would say when it’s hot. The breakfast was good with lots of food and drink options. Omg the menu food was delicious and we got in around midnight, but fortunately they’re open 24 hrs. It was exactly what we needed after a 7 hour delay in the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel. I travel with a 4 year old and we felt safe and comfortable. The gym was good too.

The staff are very helpful in safeguarding the items that was handed over by me to store in a chiller, as there is no room to put the item in the hotel room fridge. Despite going in and out of the hotel parking many times, the staff were patient enough to accommodate to our free parking every time we call to void our parking fee. Thank you

the hotel was well organised and run the only drawback for me was that bmy room 1311 was fromting on to a main road and was certainly quite noisy from traffic, however did not stop me getting to sleep
