The lobby and entrance floor was dirty and cluttered with leaves for the duration of our stay(likely only due to the rainy, windy weather that weekend). Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. "Amenities close to early. Spa at 5? Hot tub at 10. I booked my wife a facial and massage from 11-2 on the day we were checking out. I called and asked for a late checkout to accommodate her spa schedule. The front desk told me they had people checking in that afternoon and could not help. Well, the hotel was almost empty and there’s no way they had 100% occupancy. Regardless, what a bd answer. I was willing to pay for an extra hour or 2 but the clerk apparently just didn’t want to help even though a just paid $500 for a spa treatment. I’ll go somewhere else next time"
