"Only one staff working the front desk who was completely overwhelmed. She was remarkably professional and courteous despite the desk being understaffed. Found a lipstick / makeup stain on the duvet cover. Need to do a better job of housekeeping rooms. All staff that we met were incredibly friendly."

"Beautiful hotel, very clean. The pool was amazing, my kids loved it. Clean, not very busy and the drinks at the pool bar were 10/10. The only thing I would complain about is the bathrooms. Not as clean, needed some upgrades, bathtub and toilet looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. "

"The location, food, bar, beach and the entire staff make the Beachcomber an excellent property choice! I think of it as a small, intimate cruise ship as opposed to a mega size cruise ship. I like the former. Yes, it is not all shining and new but it is so comfortable and welcoming. It was relaxing without effort. Saturday night we went to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and as soon as I got out of the Lyft, I wanted to go back to the Beachcomber. One drink and an appetizer and we headed back. You can tell the Beachcomber is family owned and operated. And they are doing a great job. Definitely plan to go back. "
