We always stay here when we visit the Hard Rock. We walk right across the street to the Hard Rock and feel safe in the area. They provided great mini bar options, a continental breakfast for a quick bite in the morning and the hotel is clean & comfortable. It is our go to for Hard Rock visits.

This was a great hotel, for the price and location. Small boutique hotel but very clean, affordable, and so convenient to hop over to the Hard rock for gambling and dining without having to break the bank! The city view room doesn’t really have the best view, and apparently it gets a little loud in the evening with the club rooftop. (We didn’t experience much noise aside from the humming of the AC unit). They have ear plugs in the room but they weren’t necessary thankfully. Definitely worth the money, will probably be back for another staycation! Highly recommend!!

Waited an hour past check-in for room to be cleaned. Housekeeping staff members screaming at each other 20 feet from front desk. TV didn’t work. No manager on site. Front desk unattended for 10-15 minutes at a time all afternoon. Very strange experience. Property is decent but horrible service.

It was very clean. Valet only parking is not nice. The breakfast had a good variety. But the omelets and hot food was ice cold. The TV did not work and the front desk phoned back and said it must be weather. Sunshine in the morning but TV still did not work. For this level of a hotel you would think that they would do a little better.

The hotel itself was clean and offered a great view of the Hollywood Casino. Carlos, our tour guide and transportation provider, was excellent—super friendly, helpful, and reliable. He truly made the experience a thousand times better. My biggest disappointment was not having access to the rooftop due to a private event. It would have been helpful to be informed about this in advance so I could’ve been prepared. Overall, I’d still give it 5 stars, but I recommend giving guests a heads-up if certain amenities—like the rooftop—won’t be available, especially when they're included in the charges.

DOLCE is where it’s at! Very much impressed with the beauty, exceptional staff, spacious room, and gorgeous views of the Guitar 😊 Felt like a VIP with the Benz Van that drops you off at the Hard Rock & picks you up on demand until 2am! Only minor complaint is that some of the breakfast items were stale. However, they offered fresh omelletes, bagels, coffee. Thank you DOLCE! I’ll be back soon ❤️

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by valet and front desk. We checked in and went to our room. The room it self was clean, but the balcony had cigarette butts everywhere, and the furniture had burn holes. We notified front desk and they noted the information, but never came to clean the area. The rest of the day was uneventful, but upon checking out, we were told "we have a problem with your vehicle. It was placed on a lift, and the lift will not come down. " They also stated well its sunday and we are trying to find someone to come repair it. They told us to uber home as their solution to the problem (1.5 hour commute if traffic is light). We asked who is covering the uber costs each way, they had no answer. We asked for a manager, no one was available, but promised the manager would call. Still waiting for that call 24 hours later. Finally the lift started working again 2 hours later and we were on our way. Poor recovery efforts for a hotel who markets themselves as an "Sophisticated, modern hotel!" We certainly do not lay blame on the hotel staff that was working. It was apparent they did the best they could, but management SHAME ON YOU! I hope your higher ups see this review, and reevaluate if YOU are the right fit for the hotels vision of customer satisfaction!

First room had to be changed cause of the view. Second room had to be changed cause the tv wasn’t working. Third room had to changed cause around 10 pm 080825 the air cut off and didn’t go back on and the room reached 81 degrees. Front desk person who attended was rude to my wife. Most likely will be last time we stay there

The roof top bar, pool, and restaurant area is a cut above. Just being present makes you feel special. Filled with other people with the night lighting and atmosphere transports you to the next level. Every member of the staff, from valet to concierge was polite, kind and interested in our stay. The details of the room were appreciated and the view of a gleaming hard rock venue just added to the mystic.
