"My Husband and I LOVED our stay at Loews in KC. We had immaculate customer service from everyone in the place that we talked to especially the front desk workers. They made us feel welcome, made sure we had everything we needed everyday they'd check in and even sent a little goodbye text that's "live" and actual people you text. "This hotel had a very cool museum throughout the first two floors. It was extremely clean and the staff were all very courteous! I walked around by myself in the area for a few miles and it was safe. The theatre and convention center are an easy walk for broadway shows. And the highlight is the Savoy with some of the best food I’ve had in forever. It’s an upscale steakhouse with vegan options. Desserts that were crafted amazingly. Just really really good food! They were very women’s and lgbtq friendly. It’s kind of an “alternative” hotel. "
