"We were very impressed with the entire place. The townhouse we stayed in was spotless and had everything you would need to feel at home. The clubhouse was great for the kids with a free updated game room and tv room. The waterpark kept the kids busy for hours and the pool and hot tub very very relaxing. The pool bar and restaurant were very reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again."

What I must say about this property is that not all the staff was as rude as the property manager on duty. I was there for my 15 year old son birthday and we booked two rooms. We enjoyed the resort and asked for a late check out and was told
By the on duty manager that she could give us 1/2 hour more and we could stay at golf course etc … and when she found out someone had given us an extra hour she expressed her displeasure with that granted request by verbalizing such in front of me. She said...

Hotel property is outstanding.. highly recommend and I look forward to going back. The hotel is in a great location and walkable to Epcot, the boardwalk, loved taking the ferry for a character breakfast and the ease of getting to magic kingdom. Was nice to return to the hotel & quietness after a long day of crowds.

This property gave me international resort vibes in Florida. It really was an oasis. I had a two bedroom and our party was five, three were children. The entire property is clean. The staff from the front desk to the support staff were polite and professional. Great location, if you only want to drive a couple of minutes for access to restaurants, you're in a perfect location. It's also not too far out from the theme parks.
TIP: There is a $40 daily resort fee that will be deducted from your...

The resort was beautiful, smelled amazing, had tons of amenities and was just wonderful overall. The only bad was that housekeeping would come in our room and just give us towels. They never made our beds or provided us with new sheets. We were there for 6 days.

This hotel has a ton of activities to do for the kids and adults. It’s beautiful with all the animals, while all staff members were very helpful and went above and beyond expectations.

We LOVE that we can rely on this hotel to provide luxury without insanely high prices. The grounds are gorgeous and it's close to Disney Springs. We are passholders, and this is our hotel of choice, every time!

While this resort is beautiful and clean we had a few issues. First, it would have been wonderful to know that they will rent out many of the common areas (pool), restaurants and bars for private events. There was an event just about every night we during our 7 day stay. Some nights we were not able to use the bridge to cross to our villa so we (3 adults, 3 small children) had to walk around extra 4 buildings, other nights we were not able to use the main pool, sports bar or pool side bar. I would definitely recommend. Stayed 3 nights with my daughter and 4 year old granddaughter. Very clean, used the kitchen and washer dryer. Took a night swim, the pools are open until 11. The internal shuttles are Excellent. Prompt, friendly and extremely helpful, all our drivers were outstanding. Quick Uber to the Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs. My granddaughter loved the splash pad at the Cascade pool. We wished we had booked another night just to hang out at the resort. It is more laid back...

The cleanliness of the property, the rooms are cleaned daily. Whet I didn’t like was an extra charge of $175 after I have paid for my 7days stay and upon checking in I was told a service fee of $175 for the 7days I’m staying which I wasn’t informed about when I booked my stay.
