"The room were very nice as well as the hotel staff. The bar in the hotel was not as pleasant as I hoped. the bartender was not very attentive and took a really long time to wait on us. Overall it was nice. "

"Outdated rooms and our heater stopped working overnight and the temp fell to 60's which felt freezing given it was zero outside with snow flurries But Matt the maintenance guy came quickly at 6 am thankfully and got it back up and running. Other than that, a truly beautiful hotel and the restaurant staff and front desk guys were amazing!"

"The room which is a basic room, (1 bed , 1 desk and chair, nightstand, bathroom) was very clean. I just needed somewhere to crash at night after my meetings in the day. Nicely located by Magnificent Mile."
