"The W was amazing. They kindly let us check in super early around 0800 since we did a red eye flight. Then requested a late check out on our last day. Really appreciated this! The rooftop bar, pool and brunch on the weekend was amazing. "

"Rooms were great. Beds comfy and liked the dividing door to shower and bathroom area. Overall service, restaurants, bars and coffee shop were all enjoyable. One complaint is pool area. I was drawn into picture of relaxing rooftop pool area. It was anything but relaxing. It was party central and lacked seating."

"A new property. Great location at the end of Broadway. The pool had not yet been finished, so would love to see the outdoor space with the pool. The valet and security personnel on the first floor very friendly. The bar staff were also friendly. Would love to try the golf simulation area next time. "
