"Elevators - hard to operate for most guests Shower and bathroom sink small and no consistent with quality accommodations. TV difficult to operate. Ed pillows are tiny and not suitable for a bed. Service team is very friendly and overall views are great. Room size is fine and closets great! "

"Staff was prompt & courteous. Hotel was clean and bed and bath were excellent. Good mattress and pillows which is of utmost important to me. The hotel, however, is very, very dated. Dark hallways. Black and silver decor feels very mid70’s. Though I’m sure it’s been updated since then. Just not a fan of the moody darkness. "

"We loved our stay and were very happy with location. We found it quite noisy as we backed on the lane where trucks came and emptied dumpsters before 7 am, as well as the very near and busy fire department. Guess that’s downtown living! The property is clean and well run. Instructions for check in and check out were very good. Would definitely make a second stay. "

"Rooms are big, good location (quiet) and short cheap taxi ride to downtown (hotel gives you daily Lyft $5 discounts - 2 trips a day). Breakfast is descent and the staff is very friendly. There’s also a 7-11 down the block. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel is right in downtown Nashville, a few blocks uphill from Broadway where the crowds hang out. So it was a good location to all the must-see spots. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the hotel could use a refresher. "

"If you’re thinking of whipping it up on Broadway, This place is just far enough to escape from the noise music and get some good sleep to charge up the batteries… 2 good restaurants one inside and one outside.. You won’t be disappointed "

"Second time staying here the only issue is the homeless that wander the immediate area, however security is tight and keeps an eye on things now. Otherwise this is a great place away from the mayhem, we had a king suite with an amazing view and the pool area here is awesome."

"My stay at the Thompson was great, however, i was incredibly disappointed in how uncomfortable the bed was. I'f i'm paying $600 for a room, the bed better be top notch. Instead it felt like a dorm room bed. Stiff with zero comfort. "

"This was our second stay in a Cambria Hotel and I am glad we went with them again. The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were all so helpful. The valet attendants were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us. We will definitely stay with Cambria in our next city!"
