"This property is in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, surrounded by amazing restaurants and unique shops. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are quiet; I would have not known that anyone one else was in the hotel had I not seen them in the lobby or on the elevator. They make the best scrambled eggs I've ever had at a RI! I highly recommend this hotel. I will certainly stay there again the next time I return to GR to visit family."

"It was a great place to stay. There was a view of the water and many boats were docked. There was also a restaurant attached which was convenient but we did not stop in since we had plans with friends. Overall the rooms were comfortable and friendly staff.. The pool and hot tub were clean and very nice. "

"Loved the size of the suite with full kitchen and having 2 bathrooms ..could use to have a full size trash can to use. The handrail going into pool was wobbly . Loved the outside seating area so nice. "
