「The Sonesta was attractive and the front desk staff very friendly and professional. Our beds and bathroom were clean but the carpet was stained and the wallpaper in the bath was buckling in one area. There were weeds outside in the landscape area. I guess deferred maintenance was the biggest problem. I would still stay there again.」

「We loved this hotel so much and already plan to go back next year and stay longer! Location is awesome, on the water, only about 10 minutes from Grand Haven State Park. Property was clean and well maintained. Beds are super comfortable, rooms all have small balconies. Indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool were big, comfortable temperature.
