「The carpet felt sticky, the staff was very helpful after a problem with my room she was able to find me a nicer room with a partial ocean view and she always referred to me by name which was very kind. The pool situation was terrible, no one was monitoring the people drinking alcohol with children inside the pool, the adults drinking never left the pool to use a restroom while the drinking continued non stop. Children were not being monitored. There were not enough seats for the amount of people...

「I can overlook a certain amount of upgrades not being done, but our room literally smelled aweful. It was the worst every time the air clicked on. The room was mostly clean otherwise. The breakfast was a negative, too. The omlet line was long being a holiday weekend...wish we would have waited anyways because the other food was not good...we were there within the last hour of breakfast, so likely it had just sat out a long time.
