「The facility is in the middle of a very high crime area. I didn’t feel safe at all. The room was an upgrade because my original room had no A/C. The upgraded room reeked of smoke and marijuana. There was even reminence of some marijuana on the floor near the bathroom. The sheets were not clean so I slept on top of the bed with street clothes on.
