「For friendly staff my room was beautiful very comfortable and cozy I may visit again the down side was you have to pay to park. 」

「I guess there is 2 sides to the hotel & we came in the wrong side but a very friendly gentleman directed us to the right side for check-in where we met Sunny she was super friendly and very helpful. There was a rush of customers when we got there and she handled the situation with the upmost professionalism and got everyone taken care of in a timely manner. Love the experience and very close to the concert we were attending.」

「We spent two nights at the hotel and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff and housekeeping personnel were very friendly. The breakfast was very good and the service was fine. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport and downtown points of interest. We would definitely return if we’re ever back in the Louisville area. 」
