「Nice hotel. Kitchen utensils were a little skimpy but can make do. Its a hotel so i wouldn't expect a fully stocked kichen. Very nice place overall 👌 」

「We had a late family check in after midnight. Upon arrival the tv didn’t work. We called it in, front desk didn’t seem too accommodating. Repeating rudely that maintenance was gone , didn’t suggest another room or a discount. When requesting another room she responded “if that’s what you want, is that what you want?” We did get another room and that room seemed as if the heat was broken we had set it at 70, then 73 when it wasn’t warming and after awhile we just turned it off because it was...

「Greeting was a blank stare, no info on how to get to the room until I asked. No information about breakfast or pool. The pool door doesn't work with the key for anyone, water is freezing cold. And absolutely no towels. One of the reasons we choose a hotel is to use the pool. And also breakfast potatoes and eggs got cold while waiting for waffles to be refilled. I wish we could get our money back, absolutely terrible and will never use La Quinta again. 」
