「I booked through Expedia with no problems, and the check-in staff was great! The food at the bistro was sub-par I do not recommend. The bad part was, as a woman traveling alone someone knocked on my door early on check out day and then got the keys out to open my door I quickly tried to open it and they walked away. I cannot recommend for safety reasons.」

「Absolutely fantastic service. They were friendly and went above and beyond. And the location was excellent. Whiskey row is fun and this hotel was right on it. There is a good restaurant and bar right in the lobby. But the rooms were very small and had an odd layout with the bathroom area separated from the beds by only a curtain. I don't think the rooms would be comfortable for anything more than a solo traveler or a very close couple. Also, if you don't use valet, which was expensive,...

「The check in reception clerks were very nice at approx 4:30 pm. We were back at the hotel after an event at approx 11:15 and the clerks then were not very nice/helpful. The water in the lobby was empty and not refilled for guests. The coffee in the morning on the lobby was all gone by 11 am. The room air conditioner did not cool the room enough. It was still warm after setting air to lowest option and my girls were warm sleeping. Other than that, room was clean and beds were comfortable」
