There was no hot tub like advertised, the beds were not queen size like advertised they were a full, and very uncomfortable. Hotel was clean, one staff member was great, the rest were kind of rude or didn’t speak much English. Don’t forget anything there and call to report it, they do not care.

Our room was not thoroughly cleaned. The chair had a dried substance on it, and the bathroom vanity had visible spots. I wasn't comfortable but had pressing appointments, so I ended up wiping and disinfecting every surface in the room so I could change and get to my meetings. The breakfast area, however, was very clean and neat, and the food was acceptable. Didn't use any other amenities.

Room was clean and hygenic. Breakfast was just basic cereal, waffles and toast and like bagels and that’s it really. Not what I expected for breakfast and no lactose free option for milk so I just got our own breakfast in our room. Pool would be nice in summer but as it’s just glass separating u from outside it’s really cold in the winter or cold weather the water was quite cold and the air in the room was cold. The pool closes at 10 but the keys stopped working at 9 cause of a time zone error when the time switched which was addressed but wasn’t fixed so u couldn’t go swimming an hour before the actual swimming end time. Very static in the hotel a lot of those static electric shocks when touching buttons or even people due to lack of ability to open windows the air was very stuffy and caused a lot of static and stuffy noses and just skin dryness.

Overall, it was a nice day. My only complaint would be the lack of knowledge when checking out in regards to refund and receipts, as well as the young girls who worked the counter during the night they can be very rude and will hang up on you and leave the phone off the hook to avoid taking care of your issue.

Staff was great. Room was very good but bathroom was very, very poorly lit and there was almost no water pressure in the shower. The shower head system was very poorly installed and also made of cheap plastic which won't likely last. Otherwise, if these bathroom issues were fixed, I would rate the experience much higher. Breakfast was adequate. Rooms are poorly insulated for sound. Bed was great. Room and bathroom as well as entire hotel was very clean. Felt safe. Fix your bathroom issues Wingate!!!

The room was in good condition. I pre-checked in via online. When I came to the feont desk to get my room key, the attendant asked for a card dor my security deposit. I didn't understand becausw the online transaction requested my credit card information, the attendant said I used that card online to pay for my room, but that wasn't true. What is the purpose of putting credit card information in your system if it is not going to actually help with the convenience of the experience. After all, this is suppose to be the reason for online check in. Also, breakfast should last until 10:00am, since check out is at 11:00am. Overall my stay was a good one, my room was clean, the surrounding hotel area was clean and safe.
