「Very nice property. Gracious staff 」

「Room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. We had the Charles Grey suite and the layout was a bit interesting, though added to the unique charm of the hotel. Bathroom was immediately inside the entrance and the bedroom was down a flight of narrow stairs. There were other stairs to the suite as well, which made it slightly challenging to navigate with large bags. Know that going in. The shower was perhaps the only complaint. It was a nice, glasses in shower, but the design was a bit poor....

「Plenty of on site parking. Friendly & helpful staff. Large & comfortable room but a bit tired. Ours had towel rail running piping hot on a day that was 27 degrees…. Staff should have checked room & run air con for 20mins pre guest arrival - walking in to a cool room after 7hrs driving would have made a huge difference. Food was amazing both evening meal & breakfast. I would recommend, 」
