"My entire stay for excellent. The property was very clean and neat. The staff was incredible! I will be back whenever I am visiting San Antonio."

"I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. When I arrived to the hotel to check in, the front desk told me the room was being cleaned and she went to check on it too see if it was ready. After 10 minutes she came back and said it only had a king bed and that they hotel was overbooked. She then stated she would send me next door to their other property for a room. I received an apology from her, but nothing else. I went to the other hotel, received my room, and it contained no sofa bed. I needed the sofa bed as I was with a party of three and we couldn't share beds."

"Room was clean but ola A/C was very noisy, hallways smelled musty. Breakfast was bad, only toast and waffles. Did not even have napkins, or even plastic knives to spread butter! Not what i expect from La Quinta!"
