"It is a charming boutique hotel. There were two elevators but one was being repaired while I was there, so it took a while to go up and down. Staff were very friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean."

"We stayed for six nights in May 2024. The location was incredible, just steps away from the Subway, Macy’s and the Empire State Building - which we had a great view of from the 27th floor. The room was fine; clean and with a fairly comfortable bed, a fridge and microwave. There were no plates or cutlery provided, which would have been helpful. The noise from traffic outside was loud but the windows were well sound proofed. The air con worked well, and the bathroom was good. The room was serviced...

"Stayed here for five days and had a pleasant stay. The pillows are surprisingly comfortable (hotel pillows are usually flat). Yes, the rooms are a bit smaller, but it's NY. It's expected. Everything was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable."

"We chose this hotel for their unique style and the bunk bed. We are 2 women in our sixties and enjoyed our 2 nite stay in this cozy charming room! We asked for a kettle which they brought to us right away. We felt safe knowing you need a key card to use the elevator. Staff were great! Would definitely recommend this clean hotel 👍"

"The location is good not too busy. The room was spacious and staff were friendly. The breakfast is really bad for the amount charged. I will recommend to have breakfast in restaurant called Paris Baguette nearby, good pastries and coffee much cheaper."

"The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."

"My stay was fine but my room was not cleaned even though I had a request on the door. Also I ordered coffee and a muffin in the morning from the in house cafe and the muffin was so stale I couldn’t finish it. "
