「We liked the hotel and it's charm. However, our room was crawling with ants. There were ants on the towels, the bathtub, and they found their way into our toiletries overnight. We should have known something was up when we spotted an ant trap around the sink. We brought this to the attention of the staff first thing in the morning (no one is available at night) and we were greeted with a shrug. Expedia tried, but could not resolve the issue. The room was clean and the breakfast was good....

「We were traveling through. Staff was friendly and room was clean.」

「When I checked in the staff member argued with me about paying even though the room was already paid for. Parking spots are very small. We have a medium sized SUV and it didn’t fit inside the parking lot lines. They gave us a room on the second floor. The elevator was broken so we had to bring everything up stairs that were covered in stained carpet. The hallways smelled like a zoo. When we got into the room we discovered the AC was not functioning. It stayed about 85 degrees the entire time....

「Very nice comfortable, roomy facility and close to downtown Santa Fe. Everything worked well. The breakfast was excellent. We didn't use the pool of hot tub but both were well attended and seemed to work well. The check in was flawless and the receptionist most helpful answering questions.」

「I did notice the baseboards in the bathroom were full of dust, pubic hair and bobby pins. Definitely an area that could be improved. The location and restaurant were great. The house margarita tasted like tequilla and water with not much of a citrus flavor. - If that's your style you will love them! Overall the visit was great! We will be back!!」
