「Front staff was terrible maybe not all but the girl who greeted me was the worst she even wanted turned me away at 3 understanding because checking is at 4 but went back at 4 and she tried to make me come back later because supposedly my room wasn’t ready and not only that she had welcomed so many other guest after she turned me away the first time i truly believe it was because i booked through a third party either way I will never stay they it was my solo day trip away from kids work life and...

「I loved the location of the hotel. It was central to where we were going. Some of the staff were not nice. Check in was a hassle as I had to swipe my card multiple times due to multiple rooms. The person who checked us in stated that no phone call was made to inquire about the number of guests and children who were there. I called the hotel directly and spoke with staff advising that we would be late and communicated to them the number of guests. It was a hassle for check in.」

「It was in a great location and customer service was great! Grandkids loved the pool!!!」

「Honestly I had high hopes, as my husband and I had a weekend getaway here. Our room had a view of the construction site across the walkway. It was very dusty. You can’t sit out on the balcony very long because when the ac system comes on the balcony feels like an oven. The little fridge wasn’t cooling. The TV had 10 working channels. I usually love a water view room but this time I was a little let down.」
