「at least 10 long hair stocked in the Tub. Broken Button at the Jazzuci. Water was Too Dirty with many Hair. Late check out had to ask again and again, so this was so annoying. Room was NOT ready until 4:47 Pm. , BUT NO one said Sorry for that, and NO Compensation for it. Late check out until 12:30 in the morning, and this policy made customer couldn't sleep well. The Message sent from a manager to me Didn't help , even though she /he looked like to help me. it just wasted my time to message...

「The roomi is very wide and quiet,and the parking here is convenient」

「The room and bathroom were clean. The frig froze any veggies/fruits I put in there. The pool was not heated to a comfortable degree/cold. I asked the cleaning people to give me some more styrofoam cups, and plastic drinking cups. It would have been nice to have some plastic silverware, and some paper bowl.small plates. Thank you」

「Charming hotel in the middle of the town. Close to restaurants and Crayola Experience. The rooms are big- great for families- and the overall experience was satisfying.」

「We were so pleasantly surprised with this resort. We came for the night with our two toddlers and it was such a beautiful and peaceful place. They utilized the playground, swimming pools, and Cafe. It is a bit remote, but the resort has plenty of amenities to keep occupied. I am looking to stay in the winter and utilize their slopes! Thank you for a wonderful and peaceful experience!」

「The staff was great, the room spacious & clean. Our only complaints were the lighting. The sink is outside the bedroom in an alcove, which wouldn't be a problem if the walls had been painted white & higher wattage lightbulbs were used but being navy blue & low lit bulbs it was very difficult to apply make up or do my hair. Had it been a sunny day, I could have done all that by the window. It was so poorly lit I had difficulty changing my husband's bandage. Everything else was great. We would...
