Very clean room, and pleasant staff. It was a little confusing to find the entrance since the ppl center and the hotel are in the same building, but other than that everything else was great..

We stayed one night for the Zach Top concert at PPL. It was a very nice and clean property. Dinner at The Dime was delicious with well crafted martinis. The location felt safe with lots of things to do nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Once I got to this hotel after driving 3 hours, they told me there was an emergency with some of the rooms and mine was one of them. Then they sent me to the Moxy Hotel, a VERY busy hotel, overly modern and a bar in the check in/checkout area. Nothing like the old world charm of the Renaissance Hotel. They didn’t refund me, only said they would pay for my room at the Moxy Hotel . Once I checked in at The Moxy, they told me that “the Renaissance overbooked themselves again, now we have to fix it!” The Moxy was a party hotel with awful service. Renaissance please do better!

Coffee maker did not work the first morning during my stay and the refrigerator did not cool to the level I wanted for my food. Equipments to be checked regularly in these rooms. Sunday afternoon I came back to my room in the late afternoon and was surprised to see towels left on the floor sand they were not the ones I used in the morning.

This hotel location is great, lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. Room was big, shower was great, bed was comfy. However had to wait for our breakfast at their restaurant for 30 minutes to be prepared, and there were no other people at that moment. I would probably stay there again.

Staff great. Hotel nice. Little confusing trying to figure out how to get into the hotel. Had to call hotel for instructions. Once in parking garage, it was difficult to navigate to hotel lobby. Once in hotel everything was great. Having a door from the lobby to the venue made the stay 1000% more convenient
