Staff was amazing, front desk supervisor was great at accommodating our activities. Instructors for snowboarding and skiing were excellent and very patient. The grounds and hotel are kept in great condition. Just an observation on housekeepers can do a little better with rooms. Otherwise we will be returning it was a very enjoyable stay.

Staff was great very pleasant and helpful..food was great the mountain eatery wasnt open surprisingly but only resson i cant say excellent is because my mountainview room was not truly a mountainview i cpuld see the bottom of the slope the room is giving very outdated and these little critters kept popping up (see pic)otherwise good experience
