「El lugar es asqueroso muy sucio y estuve esperando en la oficina una hora por que no había nadie . No responden al número de teléfono que tienen en la puerta. Las sábanas llenas de pelo de perro. También mientras dormía un hombre fue a tocar mi puerta de madrugada que estaba buscando una habitación para rentar y no había nadie en la oficina . El tema de la seguridad tampoco es buena.」

「I had a pleasant stay at Wilbur Mansion. The staff was very welcoming, and the service was professional. The overall environment was excellent. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: the door didn’t have a locking function from the inside, and there were no disposable slippers provided. As for dinner, the taste was fairly standard, but the pork chop was exceptionally well-grilled and seared to perfection. I highly recommend giving it a try!」

「The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. Outside the hotel, for several hours a night, cars drove by with modified mufflers, revving their engines and playing loud, reverberating music. It was so disruptive to any sense of peace and quiet, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 2 AM. Really nice place, but will not return due to the street activity and noise.」

「I paid full amount in expedia still charged me agiain during checkin, i mentioned to the front desk person that I already paid, front desk sad i didnt, later i noticed i did pay in expedia. nNo option to buy water」

「The hotel was nice, and staff were friendly. The breakfast and all day coffee were wonderful, but I was disappointed the hot tub was not available. My even bigger disappointment was the error by Expedia in selling and collecting my payment for a 2 bed spacious suite. When I got to the hotel, staff told me that that room was unavailable, so they gave me a one bed studio suite, which rented for far less than what I had paid Expedia for. When I asked the hotel manager for a refund of the price...

「I reserved a smoking room online, but when I arrived, the staff told me that there are no smoking room in the whole building. I am disappoint!」

「The young man at check in (5/22/26 - I forgot his name) was kind, professional, and very helpful! Overall, the hotel was clean, well-maintained from what I could see, and I enjoyed my time there. I wish the coffee makers had Splenda as sweetener options, rather than the saccharin-based sweetener (pink packet). French toast breakfast was fantastic!」
