What a great hotel! I just suggest they clean the hydration stations. The machine was very dirty with residue, other than that, it was an amazing experience. Great staff and great room. Great value.

Everything was amazing! The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, from the front desk to house keeping, everyone was attentive and kind. Room was spotless, bed and pillows were very comfy. The bar and lounge had good food and drinks, Teresa, our bartender was fun! Not a bad thing to say about this place, management has made sure each guest was happy with their stay!

Parking was not a problem, i was able to check in quickly and my initial impression of the hotel just from the lobby area was very nice, i have stayed at multiple hotels of this caliber within the week so it compared nicely and it was priced competitively in my opinion. When i got to the room i was pleased at first glance, but as i started to settle in i was displeased with the cleanliness of the room to the point that we asked to switch to a different room. There was trash in the toilet, the headboard on the bed looked greasy like someone was leaning on it and there was hair in the shower. I brought this to the front desk and asked to be placed in a new room and we were moved to a handicapped accessible room, the layout was different and the shower was wide open. Had me and my partner been handicapped it would have been fine im sure but because of the difference in a standard room to a traditional room this felt weird for us to stay in the room and i feel like it took away from our getaway. On top of all of this the next morning i use the shower and the water was room temperature at best except for the one time that it got boiling hot for about 30 seconds. Overall im disappointed because i feel like basic expectations were not met for me and it took away from me and my partner’s experience.

Our room was never cleaned for two nights,first room,TV was broken and when I requested another room,I was told there was none and then when they could not fix it,another room magically appeared but it turned out they gave us the key to a room that was already occupied (lock your doors),then they found another room. Went for coffee at the cafe area and was told they were closed and not serving coffee at 12pm (it’s a cafe!),clearly they do not need the money NEVER going back.
