"The kitchen was set up so that we could make our own meals. There are Nice beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler supplied and just enter the beach easily down the ramp., no stairs. The balcony view was fabulous. The mngmt here responds quickly to questions or concerns. Loved the stay. Plan to visit again"

"Beautiful property. Walking distance to historic downtown. Very comfortable with several areas to sit outside and relax. Breakfast was homemade and delicious every morning. Even adjusted to our dietary needs. Housekeeping is only when you checkout and that was a little different for us. Also limited ice if that's important to you. Close to the beach, just over the causeway.Would definitely go back."

"Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves"

"First of all the first day was not good. Someone prior smoked in our non smoking condo. My girl friend has COPD. So you can just use your imagination how I felt. After talking to the house keeper she tried to get the smell out but was not able too. We went to get some driver to limit the strong smell. We had to open all the doors and windows to air out the place. But I would like to add that the house keeper helped us out the whole time we were there.
