「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「What a horrible experience my sister and I had, the rooms were very dated and dirty. The 1st room we were given was in a totally unacceptable condition. The bed covers were wrinkled both looking as if they’d been laid on, the pullout couch where my little nieces would sleep had dirty spots, bleached out stains no covers were provided for it in the original room nor the room we had to move to which was just doable, though not much better especially the couch. 「This hotel does not offer Park and Fly packages. Its a bit misleading because when you click the property, it says free parking and free airport shuttle. I put those together thinking I could leave my vehicle safely for my trip. That is incorrect. There are no secure lots or cameras in the parking lot. When I asked staff at check in, they gave me a coupon for a shuttle business and said they do not allow people to leave their vehicles if they are not currently staying at the hotel.
