"The property was cute. I wish they would have mentioned they were under construction/ renovations and not to use a certain entrance. Our family went up the wrong way and thought we were in a horror film!! Once we arrived at our room it was nice. We had the family room with bunkbeds. I wish more hotels offered those. However I would recommend not having the A/C unit next to the bunkbeds. The kids were cold. Overall nice stay. "

"Enjoyed the close access to Hollywood and the Pantages theater. However didn’t appreciate the extra cost to valet my car. I stayed here last year and the parking was free. "

"Hotel was very nice and very close to LACMA. Area was safe and we walked to a local restaurant and the Comedy club. I also, received my free bottle of wine upon check-in. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The Delphi was very cute and very accommodating, although I cannot lie, the walls are pretty thin. We had some loud neighbors all nights we stayed. Although the hotel can’t control the noise of those neighbors, can something be done to ensure each guest gets a restful nights sleep?"

"Our check in was quick and easy. The property is new and modern, very clean and open. Our bartender Jose was exceptional. Our drinks were so delicious. The patio amenities and outdoor games were a big plus. The food was amazing. I was a little disappointed with the wifi speed (10M - 15M up and down speeds) and ended up using my phone's 5G connection as it was incredibly faster (600M download). The TV offered chromecast but it would never pair; another disappointment. Other than that it...

"Had no idea USC had a hotel. It was conveniently located. Lots of restaurants close and the staff is very professional and friendly. Easy access to catch Uber/Lyft. A great experience and a great rate"
