Middleville 3 Stars Hotels

This brand new hotel was very nice with a beautiful lobby. Our queen suite was spacious with great amenities. The front desk staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.

Liked the availability of food, both meals and snacks, lobby decor, popcorn!

Very friendly staff. Super clean and quiet. Breakfast was as expected!

I had stayed here previously and absolutely loved the Jacuzzi..I was so sad to see it had been removed :( but my stay was great!! All of the staff were very friendly! Hotel was SUPER CLEAN!

The hotel eas great, but the staff was even better!

Nice place to stay. You won’t get a super big welcome. However they are nice enough and due there best with what they’ve been given. I would stay again for sure.

Clean hotel with free breakfast! We enjoyed our one night stay and would definitely stay there again!!!!!

Prior to booking I called to clarify the shuttle issue that I had read in the reviews. Spoke w Sam, who was pleasant and assured me the issue had been fixed. Upon checking in I met Sam who was amazing w a quick checkin, upper floor room request and several suggestions on where to eat and more importantly where to have my car tire looked at. The property is EASY to find. GPS brought me right here. Convenient location, close to Highway, restaurants and shopping. My room was fantastic. Clean,...

Wonderful staff and the hotel was very clean, breakfast was fantastic

The front desk lady when we checked in was awesome. Food prep area could use some cleaning periodically when it is being served in the morning. Other then that it was a great stay.

Honestly we checked in about 4:30 and the front desk was worried, our room wasn’t ready they only had 2 housekeeping staff and told me they didn’t know when we would be able to get in our room. They were very apologetic and upgraded our room to a king suite so we could get in right away. Very professional and eager to make it right. The next morning we went to breakfast and you could tell the young guy was the only one working. He was trying to clean tables and refill everything and a little...

Everyone was friendly and helpful! Very clean!

Rooms were well appointed. Housekeeping replaced towels and coffee service each day. Thought breakfast was included, not an additional charge. Breakfast buffet included lots of choices.

Would stay here again!

Great hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel, great staff, great breakfast, and great location.

The rooms are clean and spacious. I love that the tvs have streaming apps. The walls are a bit thin which was okay but there was a person crying that I could hear when I went to bed. The pool and hot tub is small but the kids enjoyed it. Overall great place and Mike the manager and the rest of his staff were accommodating towards my family size. Will definitely return.

This hotel looks brand new. It was clean and comfortable. The man at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Our breakfast was ok. This Hyatt is debuting a new breakfast plan/menu. It had breakfast sandwiches, egg bites, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal and bread. The food was good but some of the sandwiches were hard and the egg bites were dry due to the method they used to keep them warm, in a pan on a cooktop, but if they figure that out the food would be good. My only complaint is the AC unit in the...
