「Nice and very helping staff」

「Nice clean hotel」

「The staff were great very helpful my room key stopped working and they were very quick to fix it. I also called the front desk a couple times with some questions and they always helped me. The breakfast was always great and i could control the rooms temperature with ease. My only complaint was that my bathroom ceiling had mold on it in hindsight I probably should've asked them to move me but since I was rarely in the room( I was just using it to sleep) and I had already unpacked and put...

「My kids really liked the indoor/outdoor pool and we enjoyed the excellent dinner and breakfast. Our room was a nice large size and offered privacy between the two areas. The room had a faint smoke smell which transferred to our packed clothing.」

「This is urgent. Please check if you have double charged this room, as credit card company sent two bills with same amount. 」

「Love this location great place, great room, great staff and great breakfast.」

「乾淨」

「Exceptionally clean, with incredibly comfortable mattress and pillows in an older style one story roadside motel which made it easy to get luggage in and out. Great location and an outstanding local restaurant right across the parking lot on Gull Lake. Very moderately priced which made it even better.」

「I was there for a concert. It was very helpful they offered a shuttle to and from the Casino, the driver was great. All the staff were helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay there again.」

「The internet is very bad, even considering the price it's unacceptable」

First, I requested (and received) an accessible room (I stayed in Room # 109 to be exact) - but there was no hand held wand in the shower - which many handicapped people (me included) absolutely require. This is a $20 (at most) DIY replacement job that can be done in 2 minutes or less. Second, the tub was very tall and difficult for me to climb into. The tub in this room should be replaced with a "low curb model" (no taller than 4 inches) to solve this problem....

「訂房金額與退房金額不同，不知是係統出錯還是有啥變更被錯過告知。」

「I don't want to write」

「The ability to get to and from the airport with ease and great timing. In the EARLY morning and before the time breakfast was to be laid out, the staff made to-go breakfast bags for those of us with early flights, with a bagel, cream cheese, and apple. She was very pleasant and helpful.」

「Big trucks parking taking over others parking spaces.」

「We booked a two queen bed room for the night of October 25th. When we arrived they put us in a king room and when we informed them that we needed two queen beds they told us that they were overbooked and the best they could do was give us a cot. We put our stuff in our room and left for a birthday party that we flew in for. When we came back later that night, we couldn't get into our room and when we talked to the front desk (which the lady was outside smoking with other patrons so we had to...
