I recently stayed three days at the Sheraton Hotel, and it did not live up to the 4-star rating it claims to have. While the pool area was nice and the bed was comfortable, those were the only highlights of an otherwise disappointing experience.
One of our rooms was not cleaned the next day even after we specifically requested it, and another never received the extra towels we asked for. The staff gave the impression they were concerned, but nothing was actually done to resolve the issues. The rooms also weren’t thoroughly cleaned upon check-in, which made the lack of follow-through even more frustrating.
For the price we paid, I should’ve just booked a stay at Holiday Inn or Drury Inn—both offer comparable amenities and service for the same cost, and I likely would’ve had a better overall experience.
Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this Sheraton location. The service, cleanliness, and attention to guest needs simply didn’t measure up.
