"Room was clean and everything worked. Should note the property was busy because of spring break."

"The only window in our room overlooked the breakfast area which staff took breaks in all nice/drunk people yelling all night/ chairs scraping across the floor. We paid for a jacuzzi suite mind you. The room was smelly and not very clean. The Air conditioning had a short and if we bumped the cord at all it shut off. All together not a great stay. Room was not clean there was a nasty stain on the ironing board. The security lock on the door didn’t even line up so we couldn’t use. The pool was shut down until almost closing time then when they opened it the room smelled so bad of sewage we couldn’t even be in there."

"Pool area and fitness area were closed, to our disappointment. I'm glad my room had a whirlpool tub, which was clean with jets that worked great. We plan to return to this hotel the next visit to Grand Rapids MI"
