「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「The Wyndham Flint/Grand Blanc/Bishop Airport/Conference Center in Flint MI was great choice for us as we came to spend the night prior to our early morning flight. The Front Desk gal, Nicole, was at the top of the game. She was expecting us and had everything ready. She helped us set up parking and arranged a shuttle ride to and from the airport. 「Gorgeous renovated hotel smelled amazingly clean. The lobby was clean and beautiful. The manager who was a lady with a bob cut in Glasses was very professional. Our rooms were gorgeous and comfortable. The hot tub was enjoyable no children between 9-11pm. I will certainly be back again. 」

「The entire staff was absolutely amazing, my girl Lisa at the front desk quite as it matters but it’s helpful as a giant I really appreciate her.
