"The worst cleanliness I have ever had to witness. A room that wasn’t ready and the housekeeper yelled “i just did this room” and then they even stuck up for her after I heard her over the radio yelling about she just cleaned it. Completely unhappy & a waste of money. Hot tub was also cold. A couple was eating snacks in the hot tub as well but I guess rules don’t apply to everyone. "

"We were apprehensive about staying in this area. The hotel was very nice! Courtney was the front desk attendant and couldn't have been nicer! The rooms were surprisingly very nice as was the whole establishment. My only complaint was the bed was too firm for me, but my friend thought it was comfortable. Would definitely stay at this place again!"

"The front desk attendant was awesome - very friendly and knowledgeable! The room was nice but the shower head in the handicap bathroom has a small spray and squirts on the floor outside the tub. Other than that it was very nice. "

"The staff was great my only complaints was there was no hot water when I showered on Sunday morning and when I went down to get coffee twice couldn’t as the line was long and only one machine was working. Also I chose to pay at property upon arriving and my card was charged before getting there. Have stayed at this location and it wasn’t like this .. "

"The room is clean and looks like it’s new. (I forgot to take pictures) the bathroom is big and clean. It’s a nice hotel which is only walking distance to the outlet mall. "

"The room was clean and the staff was fine but we were disappointed to find the in room coffee had been discontinued. The coffee was only available in the breakfast area and it always in pain to get dressed and take an elevator to get your morning wake-up coffee. Maybe it's just us, but we will probably find another place to stay with in room coffee next time. "
