「My room stinks of poop and my refrigerator was leaking water all over the floor. I talked to staff about the smell in the room, but we were given some order spray for smoke, and told there was nothing they could do. The next day we talked to another staff member and they also didn’t do anything about it. Our stay at this comfort inn was terrible. Room 122 don’t stay unless you check it out first.」

「The staff was kind and friendly. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but it was fresh and the area was kept clean. We had my sister’s memorial dinner and service in a meeting room and Kendra and Trevon were absolutely amazing.」

「Breakfast was good , however the room had a lot of mechanical / HVAC noise was loud along with the plumbing, rooms were not insulated or sound proofed enough」

「Rooms looked like they weren't swept. Visible damage on the bathroom door, Jetted tub (sharp metal busted on overfill drain), dresser, and flooring. Outdated climate control and microwave. Towels had dirt and black flakes on them. Hotel front desk tried to put us up on a Double bed room when we reserved a King Sized with jetted tub. They didn't know if one was available. Then, gave us a room with the king and no jetted tub. Then, we had to return and correct it to finally get the room we wanted....

「I really liked how clean the room was, along with the well-stocked amenities. The service was great—very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was decent, even though it was simple (waffles, bread, yogurt, milk, cereal, fruits, etc.). One suggestion for improvement would be housekeeping—perhaps offering room cleaning every two days for guests staying longer than two nights would make the experience even better. Overall, everything was good and I had a pleasant stay. Thank you!」

「The staff was very friendly and the gym was adequate. When I arrived the elevator was broken and I was on the second floor so a staff member carried my bag up for me. In the morning a staff member used a key card to attempt tocome in my room stating he thought the room was empty (I had the locking lock on the door) the shower water temperature was lukewarm at best.」
