Giving 3 stars because of the staff! They were amazing! However the rooms are out dated, wall paper peeling and could use a deep clean in the rooms. Breakfast was minimal compared to other hotels. Pool water was cold as was the pool area.

My biggest complaint was the noise. I requested a cabin that would be secluded so we could have some peace and quiet. Management placed me near the back, which was nice. However, the complex was fairly empty so anyplace probably would have been "secluded". That being said, we weren't there for more ...

Was here for a wedding. The check in process was difficult as there were 100+ guests trying to check in ahead of the wedding at the same time. Reservations were lost, rooms cancelled, but the hotel worked it out and took care of all their guests.
