「Rooms are absolutely nasty, there was stains all over our walls, mold here and there.. melted ice cream in our freezer, and our friends room and nasty adult toys under the bed. 」

「hotel is conveniently located to the Capital Theater, an easy walk. The lobby and room was spacious, clean. and good repair. Our room only had 1 desk chair and it would have nice to have more seating besides the beds. When we booked the room, we didn't realize that the rooftop bar is indoor/outdoor and not open in mid-April. The onsite restaurant was nice but kitchen was closed at 10pm on a Friday when got back from the theater. 」

「Hot tub / Whirlpool not usable. No notice given prior to stay. No partial refund. Continental Breakfast below expectations. No early check in available. Room was clean. Bathroom ceiling had small crack / peeling paint in Room 108. Call ahead to see if Whirlpool in working order. Ask for refund policy if not available during your stay. 」

「The staff is amazing at this Hyatt place! I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! 5 stars all around. The only problem in this quaint area is trying to get an Uber. Otherwise Flint Hyatt place is awesome to visit.」

「Very cozy and relaxing! The room itself very clean and felt like a little cabin, had everything we needed. Loved the full kitchen! We had a water view and it was just so beautiful and we spent some time right outside our room on the big deck just listening to the water and ducks/geese pass by. If we have to come back to the area again we will definitely be staying here!」

「The staff was very friendly and the gym was adequate. When I arrived the elevator was broken and I was on the second floor so a staff member carried my bag up for me. In the morning a staff member used a key card to attempt tocome in my room stating he thought the room was empty (I had the locking lock on the door) the shower water temperature was lukewarm at best.」
