Great check in with Vickie. She gave me all the information on the amenities and gave me a room closest to the exit to accommodate my dog. Our room was nice and spacious, clean with a super comfortable bed. The only reason I rated good not excellent was that the room could use some updating. We enjoyed having a drink at the bar and good conversation with the bartender. We loved the pool and hot tub. Also the breakfast was good and had a lot of choices. We would stay there again.

Would stay again.

The hotel was great for the price. The bed was up to Hilton standards in comfort. The free breakfast was edible but not great. Lots of families staying and the pool was never empty. The bartender was friendly and attentive.

The room was a 2 bedroom suite. The balcony door was broken, making it unsafe. The door between the two adjoining rooms was broken, and wouldn’t shut. The bathroom mirror was ripped off, and the shower was completely cold. I even called down, and she said it takes up to 30 MINUTES for it to get warm. There was one towel in a 2 bedroom SUITE. The floor was dirty, and the shower was not clean. Not worth the price, would not go back.

Decent price. Nice room. Took forever for the water to heat up in the shower. Direction tv but no aps(Netflix etc) to use - no big deal just FYI since most hotels now have them. Staff…. Not so great. $150 a night for an outdated, poorly maintained room, paint was chipped and falling from the ceilings, ripped furniture and clogged sink. Newer hotels for less just next door, don't let the Hilton name in the branding fool you. It fooled us.

This hotel is a scam. I was charged twice for my stay , I showed I paid online through Expedia and still checked in and got charged $255 staff needs training and etiquette. Just a hot ghetto mess. I will never book this hotel again. It’s barely people here so the pipes stay cold. They tell you to run the water for a long time. I can’t believe this is even open. Bugs are everywhere. I wish I never booked.
