「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「Late check in, check in online said 3 pm, got there at 4 pm and room was not ready. Air conditioning in room not right, thermostat was always reading wrong. Not a very comfortable stay.」

「Cute stay downtown Ocala. Plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Our only issue was the noise from the street below our room. Nothing the hotel can do about that but they did give us ear plugs in the room if we wanted to use them.」
