The room, location, and staff were perfect. The only reason it didn't receive five stars is that if you are staying for a day and there is an event or conference, it may be impossible to find parking. The morning food option in the cafe was lackluster.

BUT the comp valet parking for Shands Hospital patients but not for VA patients, and VA patients served their country and they should definetly be comped but was told I did this reservation thru a 3rd party and ...
