「At check-in, the gentleman said I see you have a request for a first level room floor but there’s none available. I’m sorry. But he put me on the top floor and the room was in a back corner where we couldn’t even get the luggage cart down we had to take our suitcases off the luggage cart and carry them down to our room. The place stunk so bad of a high perfume me strong scent very toxic spelling you couldn’t get any fresh air. The air conditioner did work well so that kind of help with the air...

「Weird complaint but the hotel tv didn’t have an option for me to connect to my Netflix account. I’m notified」

「Das Hotel liegt recht zentral. Das Personal ist nett. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel sind nur wenige, man kann aber neben dem Hotel auf einem öffentlichen Platz kostenlos parken. Das Hotel ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen, der Fahrstuhl hatte öfter Probleme.」

「The room is outdated weathered and not happy that the floor kept getting all wet when we showered there were ants on our nightstand. However the room was clean and the staff was helpful, and I see construction being done in the property. Also breakfast was great. Just a suggestion, you should add breakfast potatoes that would have completed my breakfast. I will stay again」
