「We've been staying at this hotel since 2015. But every time, the quality of everything seems to go down. This year was the last straw. You'll pay for the view, but that's about it. 「The facility is very nice, the room clean. Staff member Ms. Karina is WONDERFUL, very professional and helpful. We booked a king with sleeper sofa. We arrived after 8pm. No access to sheets for the sleep sofa. No access to towels. Next morning my child, went to reception & asked for towels, he was lectured by staff member "Ms. M" about not using towels at the beach.
