「Someone entered the room at 8:00 a.m. with a key card. Every hour. When are you leaving」

「We had booked this hotel after staying at the Hyatt Detroit Royal Oak. Wrong decision… the website showed a bar, the eatery restaurant, and a pool. We arrived in the evening and planned on just eating at the hotel. I asked about the bar at check-in, they said the bar is closed (no license), we asked about the restaurant, was told it’s only breakfast. The girls wanted to swim, well the pool was closed for maintenance. We were told last night that it was under new ownership so they were not...

「Staff was great! Room was ultra basic and need upgrading. We paid $490 to check in at 4pm and check out at 11am. Mattress were thin and seemed to be an afterthought on guest comfort. 」

「The room was spacious and clean. Since it’s a vintage building, there are some areas that show wear and tear. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking in the rear was secure. On Saturday night, it was full. There are a few shops near by, but the main advantage is the proximity of a Q-Line stop.
