「This was exactly what I needed when I booked the room. Clean, safe, and close to my venue. I liked that there was a back entrance that needed a hotel key to enter. My room was clean. The staff was friendly and always available. I wasn't able to eat before my event, and many of the places nearby were crowded so I just went back to the hotel and asked if I was able to Door Dash. The desk clerk was able to rec some nearby places that deliver to the hotel. The next morning I wasn't able to...

「They charged a 3rd party fee and wouldn’t provide proof. The bill they gave me didn’t have the correct info on it, confidential room rate then the extra charge」

「We loved our room and this hotel for our Nashville girls' trip. Modern, clean, well-located, breakfast. The only lower mark was that the hotel is lightly staffed. The staff were excellent, yet the hotel could benefit by adding a few more employees to the front desk schedule. Highly recommend this hotel!!!」

「The room had a clothing steamer but no hair dryer. I thought that was a little weird. The location was great for us. It was a short drive to the Opry and just a hop over the river to Broadway and other attractions.」
